No, we currently only ship within South Africa.  Should you reside outside of South Africa, you are welcome to book your own collection.

No, we currently do not ship to PO box addresses, nor via Postnet or Pudo. We prefer door-to-door deliveries.  Welcome to collect at our showroom in Centurion or book your own collection. Should you wish to book your own Pudo Collection, please make sure you book from door to locker. We will be happy to print the waybill for you.

It depends on the size of your order and the volumetric weight and size of your parcel.

Guideline of shipping charges (excluding cots, compactum’s, furniture and rocking chairs):

Linen and room accessories we charge R140 for orders less than R1200, R155 for orders more than R1200 and R175 for orders more than R2500, but may vary depending on how many boxes it will take to send your order to you. 

Furniture and rocking chairs will be quoted, depending on your area and size of parcel that needs to be shipped.

Collections at our showroom is free.

Yes, we offer 2-4 Months down payment plans.  Orders will only be dispatched or released once final payment clears our account.

No, we do not charge extra to personalize your items for you. Welcome to add a name, quote, Bible verse or saying to any material item of your choice.

Cinnamon and Spice Baby Boutique designs, prints and manufacture all our products internally. We can customize your order for you at no extra cost to you.

Please get in touch with us, by sending us your idea through either written out or with a picture as reference. Specify your colour scheme and list of requirements.  We may ask you a few questions to better understand what it is that you are looking for.  We will then advise you if the design is possible as requested. Our internal design team will create a mock up design for you and send through for approval and feedback. Time frame on custom designs depends on how busy our design team is. We ask for 2-4 business days to create a design for you.

Welcome to send us your artwork.  We will need to ensure the artwork is print ready and to quality.  We print high resolution 300dpi.  Should your artwork not be up to standard or high resolution, we will inform you.  Cinnamon and Spice Baby Boutique will not be held accountable for pixelation of artwork supplied by the client. Please chat with us in order to ensure your artwork is up to standard.

Yes, welcome to request a colour change, depending on the design and colour you would like we will make the changes for you and send you a new mock-up design for approval.

No, we manufacture according to the sizing specified by the client.

You can build your own combination of products that you require or choose from our already set out combo lists.

Yes, we can make duvets, pillows, feeding pillows, changing mat covers, flat cot bumpers etc, according to your inners’ sizing. Please note you will need to provide us with the exact measurement of your inners’ sizing in order for us to make your product to fit.  We do not recover braided cot bumpers.

If we have the stock on hand, we can dispatch within 3-5 working days.  If there is no stock readily available, then there will be a longer lead time of around 20-30 working days.  Delivery times are an estimate and Cinnamon and Spice Baby Boutique will not be held responsible for any delays caused by Courier Companies.  Deliveries via courier will only be done on working days, within working hours, to the address provided by you. Please note that we are not held responsible for incorrect delivery details that are provided, so please ensure that you complete the delivery details correctly on checkout.

We will notify you via email that your order has been dispatched. You can track your order online using the tracking link on your delivery notification email.

Please allow 2-5 working days for your order once it has been dispatched. Outlying areas usually take 5-7 working days.

Absolutely. Please indicate under “notes” that the item/s purchased are a gift and we will exclude the invoice from your order. Please ensure you enter the friend or family member’s address in the ‘delivery address’ field upon checking out. The ‘billing address’ field would be your address.

Deliveries will take place to the shipping address provided at the time of payment of the order. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct at time of placing and making payment for the Order. Should you wish to change the shipping address, you will need to inform us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp: admin@cinnaspice.co.za / 083 858 9831

While we may assist the customer wherever possible, we take no responsibility for any changes that the Customer may make to the shipping address or any resultant losses, damages or delays.

Non personalized or custom-made goods; yes. If you would like to return or exchange a non-personalized or custom-made item, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. You will then be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened, unharmed, unused, unwashed and in saleable condition.

Personalized and custom-made goods (non-stock items) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
