Delivery Process

Once our trusty courier picks up your bundle of joy, it’s out of our hands (but don’t worry, we’ve packed it with heaps of love and care). We have been working with these couriers for years, and they are the best we could find! Couriers have their own routes (maybe even a secret shortcut or two 🛣), so while we can’t guarantee exact delivery times, we know your precious parcel is in the best hands.

Defective or Damaged Items
