Industry Standard on handmade goods are 4-6 weeks. We do our very best to have orders delivered withing 4-5 weeks. Should you need an order sooner for a special occasion, please get in touch with us – we do our best to accommodate shorter deadlines – as we run our own in-house production.

All our linen is made from hypo-allergenic, very soft to the touch polly based materials. We use a water-based ink (not acid-based ink) that is safe for baby’s skin. Our prints do not wash out, peel off or fade. We make use of Halo Fiber, baby safe hypo-allergenic stuffing as and when need. All items that require sponge – we use high density sponge. We pride ourselves in selecting only the best materials, baby safe and hypo allergenic.

All single sided printed duvets and pillows get 100% cotton backing.

Monitor Screen vs Print

How the colors you see on screen can differ from the final print production job.

Colors you see on your computer monitor may vary slightly in color and tone from what will be printed and produced using our digital processes of printing.

Color calibration can vary from screen to screen, with there also being a difference in how a color is displayed between LCD or LED monitors and phone/tablet screens – basically don’t expect the final print job to turn out 100% the same as your screen displays it!

How to care for your products:

NO JIK! Please do not JIK or use bleach any items.

• Duvets and Pillows: Take your inners out, wash as normal, sun dry or tumble dry.
• All inners should only be sun dried – no tumble drying.
• Baby Nests / Pods: Take your inners out, as well as the mattress – there is a zip – open zip and take mattress out. Wash covers as normal, sun dry or tumble dry. All inners and the mattress should only be sun dried – no tumble drying. Mattress should be hand washed.
• Braided Bumpers: Best to spot clean / hand wash.  Should you wish to wash in the washing machine please select option of LOW CYCLE NO SPIN. Sun Dry.
• Flat cot bumpers: Take the covers off – Wash covers as normal, sun dry or tumble dry. All inners and the mattress should only be sun dried – no tumble drying. Mattress should be hand washed.
• Blankets: Wash as normal, add a drop of Sunlight liquid in order to keep the fluffiness. Sun dry.
• Car seat covers, fitted sheets, changing mat covers: Take your inners out if applicable, wash as normal, sun dry or tumble dry.
• Waterproof Changing mat covers and Waterproof Fitted Sheets: Wipe off with sanitizing spray – should you wish to wash – wash with cold water only. Sun dry. No tumble-drying.
• Baby Gyms and Wooden Items: Spot clean – wipe off with a damp cloth and then with a dry cloth. Please don’t soak in water.
• Baby Gym wooden dangles: Spot cleaned by hand with a damp cloth. Sun Dry.
• Baby Gym themed dangles: Spot cleaned by hand with a damp cloth. Sun Dry.
• Towels and wash cloths: Wash as normal – sun dry or tumble dry.
• Baskets: Changing Baskets / Moses Baskets: Linen see above – mattress should be hand washed or wiped off. Basket should only be wiped off with damp cloth, then a dry cloth and sun dry.
• Cot Mobiles: Clean by hand. NOT TO BE WASHED IN WASHING MACHINE.
• Cot mobile arm: Spot clean – wipe off with a damp cloth and then with a dry cloth. Please don’t soak in water.
• Carry Cot: Take the covers off – wash in washing machine as normal, sun dry or tumble dry. Mattress and wooden board should be spot cleaned by hand with a damp cloth. Sun Dry.
• Playmats: Zip covers off, wash in washing machine as normal, sun dry or tumble dry. Inners and mattress should be handwashed, spot cleaned and sun dried.
• Arches of Playmats: Spot cleaned by hand with a damp cloth. Sun Dry.
• Dangles: Spot cleaned by hand with a damp cloth. Sun Dry.
• Wrap sets: Wash in washing machine as normal, sun dry or tumble dry. Should the beanie / hat come out od the washing machine like an oval and not look like a hat – watch video on how to push the hat back to regain original shape – Products explained page.
• Shaped Pillows: Wash as normal in washing machine – sun dry only. Hand wash is best.
• Travel Nest / Travel Pod: Zip covers off, wash in washing machine as normal, sun dry or tumble dry. Inners and mattress should be handwashed, spot cleaned, and sun dried.
• Duffel Bags / Overnighters Standard: They are made from canvas and leather. Wipe off on the outside with a cloth. Inside: Wipe off and out and sun dry
• Material bags: Wash in washing machine as normal – LOW CYCLE – NO SPIN – Sun Dry.
• Carpets: Carpet cleaners are best to wash the carpets.
